Returns and Exchanges
With the philosophy that each person should have autonomy in their education, we provide exchanges within our education services. If you have registered for a class that you can no longer attend or seems not to be a good fit feel free to contact email@example.com to move your registration to a class of equal value or upgrade with the difference for another class.
In order to maintain the quality of our beauty services we are unable to offer refunds for completed services. All deposits for beauty services are final and can be used as a credit to reschedule for another beauty service service.
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. For hygienic purposes and with the interest of maintaining the sanitation of each product for our customers we are unable to refund our cosmetics.
In an effort to support your colour matching needs, we have provided an example of the lipsticks on various skin tones.
If a product has a malfunctioning part it may be exchanged for a new product of equal value and colour.

we would love to exchange an item with a malfunction that was purchased from us provided
- An exchange form is filled out.
- It is in the same condition that you received it
- It is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is presented
Upon receiving the returned product it is reviewed and we will send you a confirmation email. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed and a new product of equal value and colour will be sent within 7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
Return shipping is non-refundable.
Please ensure that the return is trackable through reliable shipping service. This is to guarantee that we receive your exchanged item.
