Thank you for allowing us to join your Beauty Wellness journey.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect ours scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit is non-refundable but with 24hrs notice it can be used to reschedule your appointment. In the occasion of a no-show or late cancelation this fee will be used to pay your late cancelation fee.
Conversation: Free consultations are provided to each new client. Before receiving services we will start with a conversation assessing your needs and goals.
Love: Every appointment will provide quality client centred services based on your unique needs and wants.
Beauty: We will define beauty through your standards of true beauty. We are committed to the process of supporting your beauty goals and expressions.
Patience: Sometimes the process can be scary. Trying a new red lipstick, getting a new hair cut or sharing your art in front of a room full of people. All very scary. We will be patient with you and hold your hand as we try new things and take risks together.
No Judgment: Services and workshops will be affirming. We understand that everyone is unique and different. Our role is to help you express that difference. We want to support you in insuring that who you are inside shines on the outside.
Authentic: Services and workshops will remain sincere and inline with the purpose of NiaZamar to support the empowerment and beauty of everyday people. All services will adhere to the Mission and Vision guidelines.
Follow-up: With a commitment to support all clients before, during and after follow-up is an important aspect of NiaZamar services. We are artist invested in building community, which means continuing the support and conversation between services. Please feel free to contact us with questions, we sincerely want to help.
Travel: All mobile appointments are subject to a $30 travel fee within the city of Toronto. Bookings outside of Toronto will be charged a travel cost based on the standard cost of transportation ( IE. Uber)
Booking Deposit: Your appointment is reserved especially for you. To confirm your appointment, a booking fee is required. This fee is $25 and non-refundable. It is deducted from your total at checkout, if you reschedule it is used towards your new appointment. On the occasion of a late cancelation or no-show it will be used as your Cancelation fee.
Late Policy: 30 minutes grace is offered. At the discretion of your artist the appointment may be canceled and the cancelation policy is implemented.
Cancelation Policy: Cancelation must be 24hours prior to the appointment. $25.00 will be charged for late cancelation. The cancelation fee is required prior to booking your next appointment.
Event Bookings (5+ hours) : Services will be booked at there usual price per service or a per hour rate, a travel fee will be added. Time and a half will be incorporated for Holiday bookings.
Bridal & large group bookings: Brides, wedding parties and group bookings will be invoiced in advance. The price will be determined at a per service rate. Discounts are available for Make-up and hair packages. A 50% deposit will be required in advance. Bridal packages include a mandatory trial. A booking deposit fee will still be applied for trials.
Workshops: Workshop registrations are non-refundable but can be applied as an educational credit to another class.
